VOTERS 65 AND OVER: There is no attached tax rate increase to this bond referendum. However, all individuals who are 65 and over should be aware that under state law, if you have applied for and received the Age 65 Freeze on your homestead, your school taxes CANNOT be raised above their frozen level unless you make significant improvements or additions to your home. If you are 65 or over, own your home and have NOT applied for the Age 65 Freeze on your homestead, please contact your county appraisal district.
